The first Manchester Rooftop Fashion Show will take place at The Lowry, on Thursday 26th March, with top models from Boss Model Management showcasing new collections from Harvey Nichols.
Local TV personality and columnist Melissa Porter will cover the glittering black tie event, which will raise money for The Lowry Trust, established to engage with young people from some of the most needy communities in the North West.
Six new Spring/Summer collections will appear on the runway during the evening where guests will enjoy a champagne reception and a sumptuous three-course dinner. Dessert will be taken in the promenade Gallery, where guest will have a Private View of the Casa Tomada exhibition by Colombian artist Rafael Gomezbarros.
Auction prizes are in keeping with this fabulous event and include an outfit from top fashion designer and The Good Wife costumier collaborator, Andrea Cohen from the award winning label No 35, plus personalised books from famous fashion writer and doyen of the London 60’s scene Felicity Green. Private tour of the new Coronation Street set; ‘The Lowry Restaurant comes to you’ – the head chef of The Lowry’s restaurant will cook a dinner party for up to eight at your home; Boodles diamond Pendant; a Lowry workshop (art, drama or dance) for your child’s school; personal shopping experience and champagne lunch at Harvey Nichols
Tables of ten are set at £1,000 with single tickets priced at £100.
