Easter at Selfridges

April 12, 2014

If you’re stuck for something to show the kids this Easter, Selfridges has loads to offer for yourselves and the little ones. Gaining momentum with its immensely popular skate themed stores this spring, the store has introduced special events to suit the whole family.

Professional skater Ben Grove will be in store at the Trafford Centre, 12th April from 12pm to 2pm showing off his skills. From Manchester, Ben is widely recognized as the country’s foremost street skater and will be meeting customers and showcasing some amazing skateboard tricks. There will also be 10 limited edition Ben Groves Zukie skateboards available to buy, not to be missed if you want a truly unique commodity to remember the event!

If skating isn’t your bag there’s also egg-citing (excuse the pun) Easter egg hunts taking place from 12th to 14th April. You can collect your entry card and follow the skateboard themed clues around the children’s department to exchange for your chocolate treats!

Fashion bunnies need not feel neglected this Spring either with those of you with a creative flair can customise your own exclusive Scotch R’belle tote bags, taking place at 12pm at the Trafford Centre store. With all these events to suit old and young it’s a definite must if you need to boost your Springtime morale. Making a nice change for the kids to be racing you to the store with promise of chocolatey treats in store.
