Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan has been transformed in to a princess by an elite fashion team to commemorate the Castlefield Clinic’s 21st anniversary and the launch of its Face & Body 2012 campaign.
In a series of sophisticated poses, Helen celebrates the nation’s patriotism during this Diamond Jubilee and Olympic year by producing her own take on iconic photographs of new Royal icon Kate Middleton.
In the first image, from the day Prince William and Kate Middleton announced their engagement, Helen sports a blue wrap dress similar to the original Issa style and black court shoes. In the second, the actress is glamorous in a floaty pink maxi dress, reminiscent of the Alexander McQueen design Kate Middleton wore to last year’s BAFTAs.
Both looks are accessorised with her iconic luscious locks, flawless makeup and infamous blue engagement ring.
Helen said: “This year is all about celebrating Britain and it was a real pleasure to recreate iconic Kate Middleton looks to celebrate Castlefield Clinic’s Face & Body 2012 campaign. I’m really excited to launch the search for the new faces of the clinic.
“It’s every girl’s dream to be a princess and it was a great chance to pretend to be Kate for the day.”
In its second year, Castlefield Clinic’s Face & Body campaign is the search for a male and female to become the North West’s next big thing. Two lucky winners will be chosen to become the face of the clinic for one year and will be introduced to Manchester’s Industry models, as well as gracing the cover of Style ETC magazine.
Created to spread the clinic’s own brand of happiness and to raise money for Forever Manchester, the Face & Body campaign was launched last year by Atomic Kitten’s Jenny Frost and winners Harry Ashby and Charlotte Kearney have gone on to not only front the clinic’s campaign, but to forge careers in music and television also.
