The Printworks legendary Easter swing event is back with a Vintage twist this April incorporating not just Swing music and dance but also classic cars, vintage clothing stalls and craft workshops teaching you how to customise and make perfect accessories to go with your retro look.

Head to The Printworks on Easter Sunday between 12-5pm for an event with more than just the Easter bunny! Travel back in time to the 1940’s as you stroll down our themed street with classic cars, bunting and the smooth sounds of swing and rock ‘n’ roll.

Legendary swing royalty the Crown Top Kings will be performing between 1.45-2.30pm and 3.30-4.30pm with dance performances in between from award winning swing performers Katz Korner dancing to DJ sets from ‘Da Kat in Da Hat’, ‘Poor Boy Paul’ and ‘Side Burn Steve’. It promises to be a toe-tapping, hip-swinging event and Katz Korner will also be delivering dance workshops too.

Craft workshops teaching budding clothing customisers how to make the most gorgeous broaches and accessories are free to attend. They will be held at 12, 2pm and 4pm. Advance registration is necessary for these via info@theprintworks.com

The vintage stalls will be open until 5pm so get there early to secure the best bargains.
For those with children the traditional Easter egg hunt at The Printworks will be held from midday (until all the eggs are found). Meet in the central pumpyard area for this.
