The award-winning Revere brand is set to open its’ third The Lost & Found site on Princess Street in Knutsford this autumn. The beautiful Grade II listed former town hall by the designer of the Natural History Museum Alfred Waterhouse will be the home to the newest Lost & Found restaurant site; where guests will be able to unlock the secrets of this botanical Victorian hideaway on the 29th September.
The beautiful avant-garde site of The Lost & Found recalls the glamour of bygone eras – with intricate nature themed wallpapers, hanging floral arrangements and vintage pendant lights that create a sense of mystery in this new elaborate drinking den and restaurant.
The Lost and Found restaurant and bar will be the perfect all-day destination where great drinks and great food will be served in beautiful surroundings. Infused spirits and homemade concoctions will make up the carefully crafted cocktail list. A collection of tipples will include the signature ‘Lost’ cocktails, celebrating twists on forgotten drinks of the past as well as ‘Found’ cocktails, all created by our talented bar team.
A modern menu will weave from crisp sourdough pizzas with enticing toppings, to high quality cuts of steaks straight from the Josper charcoal oven. Not forgetting long-established British customs, the food offering features an elegant afternoon tea as well as traditional Sunday roasts.
With a selection of decadent cocktails and classic British food, get ready to discover Knutsford’s latest secret. Exclusively for those in the know, The Lost & Found restaurant will be offering several soft launches in the run up to the grand opening.
