Any dedicated epicure will be aware that more often than not, London overwhelmingly ‘milks’ the limelight as far as the hottest restaurant openings and newest food concepts are concerned. Well the herd at Filthy Cow are bored of that and don’t believe the North should continue to be overshadowed as a foodie destination. Opening in late February 2015, on Tib Lane in the Northern Quarter, Filthy Cow will take the bull by the horns and change the face of dining in Manchester once and for all.
Following months of covert undercover investigations into the existing burger scene, Filthy Cow has made it their mission to indulge the burger connoisseur’s wildest meat fantasies. They have gone to great lengths to make sure their well-hung, prime beef burgers are the ultimate guilty pleasure and promise quality and indulgence served up with genuine passion and an overriding sense of fun.
Filthy Cow will be alive and kicking seven days a week for lunch and dinner and will be the perfect venue to chew the cud with friends, enjoy a trendy date, a family treat or simply a solo burger marathon as well as a ‘speak-easy’ take-away service.
The menu is deliberately short and punchy but will satisfy the most carnal burger desires
The herd at Filthy Cow love their outdoor action and all their beef is locally sourced, outdoor reared and from the best farms in the country. Filthy Cow will set the benchmark for memorable dining in Manchester, with creamy milkshakes, local craft beers and weekly-changing wines from small independent local producers. These will accompany the main event and are served alongside rustic ‘skin on’ chips, authentic ‘slaw’ and onion rings.
The interior design is farmyard-industrial crossed with Soho-neon and the staff have undergone extensive training to ensure they are the finest burger connoisseurs in the land, no-one will know better than them to advise of what goes well with your Filthy Beast burger.
We love the look of the toilets!
