Local charity, Forever Manchester has this week opened a pop-up Christmas gift shop at Manchester dining destination, Corn Exchange Manchester to raise additional money to fund and support communities across Greater Manchester during the festive period.
The pop-up gift emporium is housed in space donated by the Corn Exchange on its Fennel Street exterior nestled between the Christmas markets and the ice rink, giving it prime position to serve visitors to the city centre this festive period.
Visitors will be able to purchase local artwork from artistic talents including Alexandra Gallagher, Stanley Chow, Factory Records, designer Trevor Johnson, Sue Scott, Amy Coney, Kate Fox, Dave Draws and more. Shoppers can buy t-shirts, post cards and one-off editions from around the iconic city, as well as a range of products using the ‘This the Place’ poem, the rights for which were donated by Tony Walsh for exclusive use by Forever Manchester.

We’d love people to make a visit as a key part of their Christmas shopping day in town, to purchase some ‘gifts that keep giving’ with every penny raised going back into supporting our local communities.”
The shop will be open Tuesday – Saturday between 11 am – 7pm, Sunday 11 am – 5 pm until 19th December.
