Following on from the success of its first taster menu, James Martin Manchester at Manchester235 is offering a new six course taster menu on Sundays*.
The new menu, which will run from 5pm until 11pm, will cost £45 per person and includes tea and coffee, with the menu focussing on some of James’ favourite dishes with a twist of skilled experimentation, and will change on a weekly basis.
Dougie Crampton, Head Chef at James Martin Manchester, said; “I’m really looking forward to working on some new dishes and using new techniques with the team. The 6 course taster menu we ran in January went down a treat with customers and we’re confident that this menu will do the same.”
There are a number of additional events lined up at James Martin Manchester throughout March and April, including The Wine Series on Tuesday, March 18th and The Meat Series on Thursday, April 10th.
