Jaisalmer Gin Christmas Peppertini
50ml Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin | 20ml Pink Peppercorn Syrup | 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 40ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
Pour Jaisalmer Gin, peppercorn syrup, fresh lemon juice and pink grapefruit juice into a shaker. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit wedged on the lip of the glass.
(To make peppercorn syrup: add crushed pink peppercorns to a simple Monin sugar syrup to infuse.)

45ml Mijenta Reposado Tequila | 25ml Cranberry Syrup | 25ml Lemon Juice | 25ml Maraschino Liqueur

45ml The Lost Explorer Espadín Mezcal | 40ml Lime Juice | 30ml Blackberries | 25ml Chambord or Berry Liqueur | 8 Basil Leaves

Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky Old Fashioned
60ml Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky | 10ml maple syrup | 2 x dashes aromatic bitters. Garnish: Orange twist
Dissolve the whisky and maple syrup in a cocktail jar or glass. Add ice and stir continuously for dilution. Add the bitters, more ice and stir a few more times. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and express orange peel around the glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel and serve
