BLOOM Gin and Rosylee Restaurant & Bar are delighted to announce the opening of Manchester’s first BLOOM Gin Terrace at Rosylee utilising the fabulous outdoor area at Rosylee in the Northern Quarter.
Launching on Wednesday 13th July and running until the end of summer, Gin lovers can rejoice in the selection of Gin based cocktails, including the BLOOM Pear Bellini and BLOOM French 75.
Adding further reason to attend Manchester’s up and coming Rosylee bar and restaurant, the location has unveiled a Terrace, perfect for sunning your self with a cocktail to kick start the weekend. A perfect sun trap, we’ve got our fingers crossed for some good weather this summer to make the most of the outdoor Terrace.
Mark Andrew, managing director at MAD Ltd who owns Rosylee says: “We wanted to celebrate our amazing outdoor terrace at Rosylee in style this summer, and we know how much Manchester folk love gin – so we’ve created the perfect place for them to indulge in their favourite tipple.”
Suitable for revellers up for partaking all through the day, Rosylee is open from 12pm until 10pm and offers indoor seating for those days the Manchester weather just isn’t up to scratch.
We attended the launch event of BLOOM Gin Terrace to see for ourselves if the experience lived up to expectation. Greeted with a traditional G & T (what else of course?), we got to sample BLOOM Gin for ourselves and experience the fleeting glimpses of sun from the outdoor seating.
A good atmosphere, with loud music and attractive decor, Rosylee was easily the most happening bar in the area on the day our visit. In addition to the welcome drink, we also got to sample one of the bar’s exclusive cocktails, opting for the brand favourite French 75.
The French 75 was zingy in taste, an acquired taste for some, but something to be appreciated all the same. Not ones to miss attention to detail, our bartenders all added a decorative flower to complete the pretty aesthetic of our drink.
