Enjoy the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning at the Chester Grosvenor Hotel for Macmillan Cancer Support

The Chester Grosvenor hotel is pleased to announce it is taking part in the world’s largest coffee morning in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. On Friday 30th September from 10:30am to 12pm, the Chester Grosvenor hotel will be providing a delicious selections of cakes alongside a choice of tea and coffee as part of the Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning Initiative.

Alongside raising both awareness and collecting donations on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support, the entire Chester Grosvenor team will be participating in their very own ‘Great Grosvenor Bake Off’, where the results will be judged by the hotel’s General Manager Richard Grove and Executive Chef Simon Radley. The Chester Grosvenor has a number of industry accolades and awards, including ‘Best Hotel Restaurant’ at the European Hospitality Awards and appearing in the Good Food Guide’s top 50 restaurants, so there will be no room for soggy bottoms and overbakes in the Great Grosvenor Bake Off!

Richard Grove, General Manager of the Chester Grosvenor said “We are delighted to be able to support MacMillan and bring Chester residents together in this way. MacMillan is a charity that I’m always keen to support, and I’m extremely proud of the team for organising something that the whole community can get involved in. The doors will be open from 10:30am, and I’d urge any shoppers in the city to come through and help us support such a fantastic cause”.

As well as enjoying the delicious cakes prepared by the Chester Grosvenor team, there will be opportunities to win lots of luxury prizes in the charity raffle to raise even more money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
