Christmas Competition #1: Win £50 Worth of Savse Smoothies

Today our Christmas Competition run continues with the chance to win a £50 Hamper of Savse Smoothies. Read the brands story and learn the flavours in our article and comment your favourite below to be in with a chance.

Award winning super smoothies Unlike other smoothie brands, Savse uniquely cold-presses all of its ingredients to retain the essential goodness of the full fruit and vegetables. High Pressure Processing (HPP) is the sophisticated preservation technique used to ensure that all vital nutrients are locked into each bottle and removes any nasties, without compromising on taste or quality by using heat pasteurisation. This means no artificial colours, preservatives and absolutely no added sugar.

Introducing a more enjoyable way to drink your greens, the Savse range comprises of five award winning flavours, which include: Super Green – one of the UK’s lowest calorie smoothies (broccoli, pear, spinach, kale, kiwi, lemon apple and banana); Super Purple (beetroot, apple, lemon, lime and mango); Super Red (strawberry, broccoli, celery, kale, orange and spinach); Super Blue (blueberries, kale, beetroot, spinach, strawberry, orange blackberries and apple); Super Orange (mango, passion fruit, apple, celery, orange and carrot) and Purple Carrot (purple carrot, apple, blackcurrant, pomegranate and blueberry).

They’ve also added two new juices to the range, Grove Orange and Jonagold Apple, which taste exactly like biting into the real fruit. All variants are filled to the brim with 100% natural super fruits and antioxidant-rich vegetables, to ensure the tastiest, healthiest raw smoothies, with no added sugars, colourings or water. Savse: The Story Savse’s story starts with Nina – mother of Savse founder Guka Tayberidze. The Georgian super-mum suffered from an iron deficiency during a difficult pregnancy in the 1980s and responded by creating a selection of smoothies combining fruits and vegetables with real substance and flavour.

Stocked on the shelves of Selfridges, Savse Smoothies have been designed on beliefs of Guka, without compromise and as a result are officially the fastest growing smoothie brand in a category that has grown by 616% and they are now forecasting a £10,000,000 turnover. 30 years on and Savse is more than just ‘Mum knows best’. Savse (pronounced sav-say) is a unique selection of super smoothies; full of fresh flavours, bursting with great taste and natural goodness, and guaranteed to leave you feeling healthy on the inside and out – a rare example of healthy and tasty going hand-in-hand. What’s more, each low calorie bottle offers an amazing two of your five-a-day.

It was a tough one between the Super Green and the Super Red, but I’ll go with the Super Red as it was the first Savse smoothie I tasted, which led me to try the other flavours as well 😀

I tried the Super Orange smoothie for the first time last Friday, absolutely stunning. The very nicest smoothie I have ever drunk! Celery and orange sounds an odd combination, but it really worked!
